Our home has proved great for entertaining with an easy flow from the living room to the outside patio, screened porch and playroom. The formal dining room is nice for grownups time as my little ones have fun eating with their friends in the eat-in-kitchen. I really appreciate the first floor laundry off the kitchen for multitasking and also opens to the playroom so I can keep an eye on everything and everyone while prepping meals. The master bedroom is large enough to add a master bath and has two large closets, plenty of windows and a skylight too. With plenty of room for everyone and parking for at least 5 cars we will miss having everything we want and more! We have been very fortunate to enjoy this great community with wonderful neighbors, a beautiful park, soccer fields, a community center that also has a day care and before- and after-care where the bus picks up for Copper Beech Elementary, a bird sanctuary, plus convenient access to the PA Turnpike, 309 and trains. As soon as the weather gets warmer the streets will be lined with American flags that always brighten my day. There is a great egg hunt in Ardsley Park, a community yard sale in the summer, and Ardsley Community Day in the fall is always a great time! Plus all Abington residents have access to Alverthorpe park with a Par 3 golf course, wading pool, fishing pond and more! It's so nice to be in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we need.
