The home has been host to many graduations, birthdays, weddings (not ‘many weddings’ ala Elizabeth Taylor but rather many family weddings), and neighborhood parties with the extensive main floor serving as the perfect entertaining space. The third floor is a real third floor, with 3 bedrooms and a full bath. The massive unfinished basement has high ceilings and has been improved with a sump pump and french drain keeping it dry and making it ideal for additional living space. An attached 2-car garage with the coolest sliding doors can be accessed directly from the basement.
